My services are grounded in coaching techniques designed to promote wellness and personal growth and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions. I am not a licensed clinician, therapist, counselor, or medical professional, and my services do not constitute medical or therapeutic advice.

If you have concerns regarding your mental or physical health, I encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare provider. Participation in coaching services with me should be seen as complementary to, not a substitute for, professional medical or psychological care.

As a practitioner of embodiment coaching grounded in the principles of the Buddhist Eightfold Path, I am committed to fostering a compassionate, mindful, and ethical coaching environment. My services are rooted in the following principles:

  1. Right Understanding: I strive to understand and promote the true nature of well-being, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and self-awareness. My coaching approach is informed by the wisdom of Buddhist teachings and contemporary psychological practices (Gilbert, 2020).

  2. Right Intention: My intentions are based on kindness, compassion, and non-harm. I aim to support clients in their journey towards greater self-awareness, inner peace, and personal growth, always prioritizing their well-being, but also encouraging their development of inner-resiliency.

  3. Right Speech: I communicate with honesty, respect, and clarity, avoiding harmful or deceitful language. Confidentiality and integrity are central to my practice, ensuring a safe and trustworthy space for clients.

  4. Right Action: My actions are guided by ethical conduct and the commitment to do no harm. I encourage clients to engage in practices that nurture their physical, mental, and emotional health.

  5. Right Livelihood: I conduct my coaching practice with integrity, ensuring that my services are accessible and equitable. I work on a sliding scale and utilize the Buddhist tradition of Dana (generosity) to collect fees, promoting a fair and supportive exchange.

  6. Right Effort: I continuously strive to cultivate positive states of mind and diminish negative ones. This includes ongoing professional development and personal practice to enhance my coaching skills and effectiveness.

  7. Right Mindfulness: Mindfulness is at the core of my coaching approach. I help clients develop present-moment awareness, enabling them to connect deeply with their embodied experiences and foster greater self-compassion.

  8. Right Concentration: I support clients in developing focused and balanced mental states through various meditative and embodied practices. This helps clients achieve clarity and tranquility, facilitating personal growth.

My commitment to these principles ensures that my embodiment coaching services are delivered with the utmost respect, compassion, and ethical integrity, aligned with the wisdom of the Buddhist Eightfold Path.
