Practical Embodiment Training for Attention and Regulation

This work develops awareness of how attention, emotion, and bodily response interact in real time. Sessions use simple, structured practices to observe these patterns and adjust them during action.

Sessions are experiential and applied. You practice noticing physical cues, shifts in attention, and behavioral responses, then work with them more deliberately in context.

The approach draws on the Embodiment Unlimited framework and long-term contemplative practice, adapted for practical use.
