Practical Embodiment Coaching for Stress, Attention, and Emotional Regulation
Embodiment coaching focuses on developing awareness of the relationship between body sensations, emotions, and thoughts. In our work together, we use simple body-based attention practices to observe how these systems interact and influence behavior.
Sessions are experiential and reflective. You learn to notice physical cues, emotional responses, and patterns of attention, and to work with them more consciously.
My approach draws on the Embodiment Unlimited framework along with a long-standing background in meditation and contemplative practice.
